It was 12 August and I heard that a meteor shower were expected to put up a display starting 11 p.m...it was also said that it can be seen from any open space with clear skies...A meteor shower??This never happen in Malaysia before..As soon as I heard I knew I had to watch it..the Perseid meteor can be seen with the naked eye as it was so clear and bright..I stay up late just to catch the spectacular moment in my entire life..after 11 p.m...I camped outside with my Pop-Up tent along with my brother..he was a huge fan of astronomy so I figured that I invite him with me..we stayed for hours and nothing could be seen...when we thought all hope were lost, we saw a bright and clear star moving at high speed..it was the meteor shower!!we were so surprised that we caught it on film...hope the video would go viral if we post it on Youtube..

Hard Work Is The Key To Success

There is a quote by the famous  Stephen Hawking that says "talent is cheaper than table salt. What separate the talented individual from the successful one is hard work"...this explain it all..talent means nothing if we do not work hard to achieve something..I always asked myself these questions..what are the things that I lack if I do not achieve something...There it is...I need to work harder..Stephen Hawking was considered one of the brightest mind in our generation..He is an English theoretical physicist and a cosmologist..He is also entirely paralysed and  communicate through a speech generating device..but that did not stop him..he work really hard to achieve his target and goals.. he is now one of the most respected person in the world for his brilliance.. I learn from his achievement that nothing is impossible..we just need to work a little hard to grab hold of it..

Why I Hate Travelling

Okay...I know most people like to travel all around the world and despite my topic it would create controversy...some people might ask "why would you hate travelling?"..this question often came up if I bring out the topic of how I hate travelling the most..Firstly, if you are travelling you have to pack your stuff such as food, clothes, toiletries and so on..I really hate to pack all these requirement as I would spend a lot of time doing so..Secondly, I'm the type of person who would easily get motion sickness on a plane so it would be a "pain in the ass" to endure that type of mental torture..some people might get the same idea about it and would rather travel lightly rather than overcoming hours of flight or as we would say "the part where I'm gonna be sick throughout the whole flight"...Thirdly, homesickness...this is some serious issues..when I was 10 my family and I moved to the UK for three years...I missed Malaysian food so much that my mum had to get expensive spices from the Indian food market to cook me a Malaysian delicacies so that I would like home..so that is it...some people would disagree with me but this is my opinion and everyone have their rights to give their own opinion right?

Farewell sister

USA...that's where my sister is going on Saturday...she's furthering her studies there..I was sad because she is going away for 4 years..my mom decided to throw a "going away"party before she leave...all of my siblings, relatives, and her friends would be coming to the party..I also decided to give her a present to her...it was a brown Gap sweater because I know the weather would be as cold as ice in Illinois..my sister is not the type of girl who would travel a lot..she was the one that would get motion sickness on every flight when we were on our family trip..I was afraid that she won't be able to resist the "pain" throughout her 17 hours flight..so I gave her some tips to avoid motion sickness and advice her to take some pills before the flight..I was really sad to see her go..we are very close to each other..although I have four sister but she is the one that is closest to me despite our age difference..but I wish her the best of luck and to work hard on her studies abroad..

FC Barcelona In Malaysia!!!

It was the 10th of August...that day was one of the biggest day of my life as I was going to watch a FC Barcelona match in the Stadium Shah Alam...Barcelona are one of the most biggest football club in Europe and even the world..I was looking forward to this in all my entire life because I'm a massive Barcelona Football Club fan...my brother and I bought the ticket early as we were afraid that the ticket might sold out...although the ticket was quite expensive but I think it was worth it and it's even Hari Raya..we predicted that there wouldn't be huge crowd of people at the stadium but we were wrong...the crowd was massive..it turns out a lot of people sacrificed their Hari Raya for this match..as we entered the stadium we got to see the player train..the Malaysian squad trained for about half an hour on the pitch and then there was a large roar from the crowd as the Barcelona player entered the pitch...It was an amazing atmosphere in the stadium...the match was intense with a lot of tackles and fouls from both sides..at the end the match ended  3-1 to Barcelona...I was unhappy as I did not get to see the best player in the world, Lionel Messi, play in our home turf..but I enjoyed the exhilarating match between Barcelona and Malaysia..It was one of the best experience in my entire life..

The Innocent Traitor

The Innocent Traitor..it was a novel that I read about Lady Jane Grey..she was the daughter of Lady Jane Seymour who was King Henry VIII..King Henry was known as the lustful, egotistical, harsh, and insecure king..Lady Jane Grey was an innocent child to a scheming father and a ruthless mother..Her parents connive to use their intelligent daughter as a pawn in a dangerous dynastic game after the death of her cousin, King Edward..I pity her because she has no intention to rule as she prefer to immerse herself in books and religion...but she was forced to accept the crown..it was a great book...I couldn't explain much as I could reveal some spoilers..overall I think it was am amazing novel and suitable for teenager and adults..

Eid al-Fitr

Hari Raya...it was the day when Muslim all around the world celebrate the end of Ramadhan..Muslims in Malaysia also celebrate Hari Raya as it was considered one of the most celebrated holiday..it was a glorious day for me and my family too..we were looking forward for this special day..we made early  preperations so that we would not rush when Hari Raya are days away..my mother made awesome kuih that I always love to eat...my father even bought "pelita" which is kinda like a lantern of some sort..I always felt like if I was in my hometown even though we are not going back because my father had to get back to work early..but it was fine..our family understand..our relatives even came by to visit us during Raya...they brought Lemang, Satay,Nasi Himpit and all sorts of Malaysian delicacies...We were so happy during Raya and I hope that everyday was Hari Raya..
